I assume you mean re-written (as with the server's rewrite engine)

I don't see how would http://solvechess.com come up AT ALL.

*** Resolved www.solvechess.com to 64.27.95.130
*** Unable to resolve solvechess.com

Make sure that solvechess.com (without a hostname) points to 64.27.95.130.
In the site settings, make sure that "Accept web by domain" is checked.
