Yes, RaQ4 and RaQxtr.

The Webalizer package works fine, and it's cheap (read: free).
It also pre-installs stats into the /stats/ folder, which makes
it fairly easy for customers to access their stats.

On the flipside, it provides customers with sometimes too much
information. We've also noticed some inconsistences (holes) in
the reports where large log files were concerned.

Urchin installs nicely (especially on the XTR), and customers
can access stats through >programs >Urchin. Urchin is definately
much easy to use, follow and understand (online help, hints and
documentation are pre-installed) -- and in terms of "eye" candy
-- much more appealing.

We've also found the reports run much faster than webalizer with
much more accuracy. Urchin also provides a lot more data, such
as the amount of time spent on each page, etc.

While you do have to license Urchin, compared to similar stats
packages (WebTrends, etc) -- it's significantly cheaper. And as
it was designed in conjunction with Sun Cobalt, it installs very
painlessly.
