[cobalt-users] Displaying Useful Information on the LCDPanel

Thanks for all the help on both the nerds list and the cobalt list,

I just thought it was about time that LCDPanel did something useful so I
hacked up a script today that displays the number of TCP connections for
WWW, FTP, POP and SMTP and polls it every minute (its cronned so you set
that..)

PERL script can be found here -
http://valley.fatuous.org/uploads/chunks/Cobalt_LCDpanel_script.html

oh.. writelcd is 'space' delimited for the 2nd line. eg
/sbin/writelcd "1st line" "second line"

Cheers,

Dylan Thomas O'Donnell
