I experienced the same problem last week on my RaQ 4i (after deleting a couple
of virtual domains, including the 1st one on the list).  The problem was
promptly corrected by Rackshack (I can forward you the rebuild script should you
require it).  However, I had to manually correct the Email Server Aliases for
each virtual domain.

This appears to be a bug - maybe you should raise it with Cobalt directly?  I've
done that - hopefully they'll do something about it if more people make them
aware of the problem. 

And I agree - one does not want to correct this every couple of days (especially
if it messes up the e-mail aliases).
