Rethink this. Usually the main site on a RaQ is /home/sites/home.
If you were someone up to no good, wouldn't that be the first place
you'd look for important (site) files?
Having your main site in a different directory, I think, is a slight
security bonus. Might be very slight, but I'll take any advantage I
can.
Having it in /home/sites/home is not that big of a deal. (I've had
both.) There are *no* advantages to it that I can find.
