Just a quick thought.
I would think in access.conf you could do something with deny from all and
an allow from your IP. I'm not sure the paths you would specify for it to
allow access to the necessary files. I thought that having a proper password
any only using SSH instead of Telnet would take care of any worries for
that. Hackers, I don't think, are going to get to your GUI anyway.
I haven't tried this.
