Thanks very much everyone
Have followed up on the above (RAQ3 fix on our RAQ4) and noted the following:
1. https responses seem to be faster (could be my imagination!)
2. After testing 404 errors appear to be eliminated from one site in particular
and less frequent in one that frequently gave trouble, but can`t really be sure
of course without user feedback
(I`m using MSIE V6 beta as a matter of interest)
Will monitor for a while and report back... meanwhile it would still be good to
hear from other operators (RAQ 4 in particular) who have successfully worked
around the problem.
