Regarding IIS: I wonder if it's possible for it to log the new .printer
bug that allows remote control over your system. To my best understandment
it's not possible ;p

For your qusetion, at least with regards to reports, there's Webalizer
which can do incremental statistics before the logs are rotated on the
daily rotation procedure at 4:08AM, at any case. Search this mailing list
archive for Webalizer+Incremental

a .pkg for webalizer (raq3+4) is at:
http://cobalt-aid.sourceforge.net/files/Features/Intel/Webalizer2.pkg
