SSL for normal sites with runs a bit differently than the GUI, I
think. I am NOT sure.
But when doing the SiteAlias thing that I sent through before
(domain.com/sites/www.domain.com), I had to download and install a
special cgi-wrap package that would allow cgi to run through this
setup.
So maybe you would have to install and run the same thing for secure
cgi?
Check the archives for 'secure cgi' and see what you come up with.
