I have heard that people were having trouble with the
downloaded
iso images. I have restored, but only with a Factory CD.
What does the machine do when you try to boot from the CD?
It should not make any difference if it's a 95-98-2000-Linux
machine.
When booting from the CD it's just an X86 machine (No -OS).
The important thing is that it first attempts to boot from
the CD,
and that it can read the CD.
Forwarding this to the list, maybe someone there has
experience
with the iso images,
