[cobalt-users] Cobalt Migration Utility Problems

I am trying to migrate a single site from a Raq3 to another Raq3 using the
cmu. However, although I can successfully export the site, when I try to
import it onto the other Raq3 it comes up with the following error:

What is wrong? Is there something else that needs configuring/installing on
the target machine?
