[cobalt-users] Sendmail problem - Message rejected; bad return address.

Hi there,

I've created a similar setup to yours below. The domain in question
is "afriqonline.co.za" ...

I've added only one web server alias, namely afriqonline.co.za - cannot see why
one should have www.afriqonline.co.za as an alias as well?

This is what I get when sending e-mail to test@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Your suggestion:

Ok so mine works - Lets break it down.

1. Domain Name should be domain.net
2. Host Name should be www
3. I have three 'A' records in my DNS
    domain.net >>>>> 195.nn.nn.nn
    www.domain.net >>>> 195.nn.nn.nn
    mail.domain.net >>>> 195.nn.nn.nn
4. I have one MX Record
domain.net .. email sent high priority to mail.domain.net
5. I have set web server aliases as domain.net,www.domain.net
6. I have set email server aliases as domain.net ONLY
7. I have set the email alias for AUSER as @www.domain.net
