I think it's Cobalt's "housekeeping activities." I seem to remember that the
log parser goes through the web, ftp, and e-mail access logs and makes the
new graphs in the GUI "Site Usage." (at least on a RaQ3 and up) This is done
around 4:00 AM in whatever time zone you have the box set to.
