Your user won't be able to access the subdirectory that you made (and
I didn't tell you to make one).
He'll only be able to publish files to /users/kafka/web... so to get
to this page and see what he's done, just set your links to
http://www.yourdomain.com/~kafka.

All it does is add the little '~' into the URL, and it keeps the user
from going haywire in the rest of your site.'
If you overlooked anything, it was just the fact that you have to
direct site visitors to the user account's page, with the little '~'
in it. :)
