[cobalt-users] ftp to a subdir only

What do I have to do that a friend of mine can only modify/upgrade pages
in a subdir of the root on a raq4?

Example:

I have a website http://www.mysite.org.
In a subdir http://www.mysite.org/sailing I wish to give a friend the
opportunity to put some info about sailing. How can I give him access to
only that subdir via ftp?
