[cobalt-users] Sendmail confused about MX record ??

I have a situation where a web site and DNS is hosted on a RaQ3 and the mail
server is on an NT4 Exchange Server. The RaQ has an MX record for my site
pointing to the Exchange server and everything works fine. Well, almost
everything. If someone whose SMTP server is on the RaQ sends mail to me on
my Exchange server, they get an immediate bounce. The error is as follows:
553 www.siteontheraq3.com. config error: mail loops back to me (MX problem?)
[NOTE: the www is on the RaQ]
554 <randy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Local configuration error [NOTE: the
user 'Randy'is not on the RaQ, but on the Exchange server.]
I have looked at all of the usual suspects, but it seems to me that Sendmail
sees the domain name which must be in its addressee file. I do not hack the
files, I prefer to let the Cobalt GUI handle it (that's why I have a RaQ,
right?) If I have to hack it, I will, but I prefer to work it through the
GUI if possible.
Any ideas??
TIA,
