Before I get list-copped, even though the topic is related to a Cobalt
server, though not technical in nature(g):

If you are going to get into legal entanglements with your customers, you
need to understand the laws of your state...and, unless you're a lawyer,
it might be wise to engage the services of one.

While not a bottom-fisher myself, I have noticed quite a bit of
well-meant, but most not likely legally correct advice.

Contracts and other legal stuff ain't vapor-ware, it's real enough to
jump up and bite you...be carefull.
