Now, with ISPs spending thousands because of spam, having to search the logs
to determine every spam complaint isn't practical when simply insisting that
users send through the ISP SMTP is free and stops the anonymous relay abuse.
Since there are still lots of broken Sendmail 8.6 relays out there that
don't even record the sender's IP, it doesn't matter what kind of logging
the ISP is doing.
