Bill,
You'll find that this list goes through periods where it slows waaaay
down on when it posts replies. The time gets longer and longer and
once a reply takes 4 or 5 days to get to the list, the list falls over
dead for a day or two.
Once it comes back up, you'll get questions replies *reposted*,
compliments of the list daemon (for some unknown reason), which tends
to re-start old discussions all over again. It settles down after
about two weeks and then we just wait for the inevitable - posts
starting to take 12+ hours to get to the list. When that happens, we
know what's coming next.

It's a cyclical thing. No one knows why it happens, we all hate it,
it's annoying as hell...
call it Cobalt-List PMS.  *grin*
