Michael,
In order to register a nameserver, it must have its own IP. So if
you're figuring on having 4 nameservers, you'll need 4 IP addies.
The little setup I've quoted from your letter above would be fine; you
would need to add in though:
ns2.domain1.com -> IP3
ns2.domain2.com -> IP4
