Agreed. It would be difficult to write a script to parse all procmail
recipe files and block forwarding. So others know what's involved here
goes. A script would have to parse .procmailrc for all INCLUDERC files and
parse them for lines that initiate forwarding and change them to not do so.
Another script would be needed to change them back. An alternative would be
to move .procmailrc, but then not only will forwarding from procmail recipes
be suspended, all procmail recipes will be suspended. So people like me
that are members of many mailing lists will no longer have hundreds of
emails per day routed to the right folder, junk email won't be filtered and
the mailbox will be a mess when the site suspension is lifted. More trouble
than it's worth in my opinion.

Also, forwarding can be done in Apache's aliases file so that will have to
be changed as well.
