Carlos,
Name Servers such as the one you are hosting must be registered to work
correctly. I registered my name server back when Network Solutions and
InterNIC were essentially one and the same. Now that they are separated, I
would suggest you inquire first at a level 2 registration service located in
Australia, as they will forward the appropriate info on to InterNIC for the
data base, or give you further advice.
Three such authorized level 2 registrars in Australia are:
