[cobalt-users] when or what updates to get from Cobalt

I only had my box for a month and my ISP told me they installed all the
updates when they Turned on the box (but I don't know up to what update)
.
 Do I need to install all updates that Cobalt post on the
http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq3.eng.html page up the last one my
ISP updated?(how can I tell if they installed the update?

I read in some post some of you wait to see if cobalt messed up with a
patch. for example I have error from the vixie-cron Update 4.0.1
