Do you have a /24 address space (256 IP addresses)?
domain.com has IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.1
So how can ns2.domain.com have xxx.xxx.xxx.2 ?
For that matter it looks to me like you have assigned
2 IP addresses to domain.com??? You can't do that.
Use a different domain (IP) for ns2 and it should work.
