Re: [cobalt-users] Multiple Nameservers

} If he is listed in the domain as owner , he can call them on the phone,
} it will take half an hour, but they will change it for him.

We usually do this in order to speed things up. Have the
domain owner submit the standard request from his current email
address. It will, of course, be rejected, because it's the wrong
email address. Then grab the faxable form for making changes from
NetSol's site - the reason you email the request is to get the
tracking number you need on the faxable form.

Fill out the form and fax it in on the company's letter
head, or include some form of ID just to smooth things along.

Then either give it 24 hours (the change will be made if you
do everything right) or wait about an hour then call it in. NetSol
is open at night and things usually happen faster after regular
business hours. Basically, the domain owner is probably going to
have to supply them with ID - this gets it done first and in the
system and that results in faster changes, or at least it has in our
experience.
