Make sure that in your srm.conf file you have "Override All" set for
that site (or for all sites).
Also check the path to your password file and make sure that it is
correct - most of the time it's a typo in the path that makes it not
work. (You *do* know that you have to have a password file, the
.htaccess file alone won't do it...?)
