Yes, surely. You can easily setup this with ssh (and perhaps rsync if you
have a lot of domains).
Simply make a slave dns configuration file and copy that over once in a
while with ssh (put it in cron, so it runs automatically). Then the slave
will automatically retrieve all the records in the zone file from the
primary server.
