RE: [cobalt-users] re: How to run JavaTalkServer.class in Raq machine ?

Hi Romain,

Sorry, I've had other problems, but not that. I have jdk 1.3 working on a
RaQ4, but I'm going back to jdk1.2.2 I've seen some incompatibilities crop
up. I've had some great stability with jdk1.2.2 on RaQ3s and 4s.

Glenn

On the same matter, I have tried to install jdk1.3 on a Qube3 machine and
when I try to compile a simple 'HelloWorld.class', it doesn't work.
I type : 'javac myProg.java' and the prompt never comes back; I have to
ctrl+c...

Has anyone seen this problem with installing/running the jdk13 on the Qube3
or Intel-based Cobalt machine ?

Thanks, Romain.
