please watch your caps lock key, understand you may hit it by accident on
occassions, but some of us dont respond well to BIG LETTERS

I know Cobaltracks bandiwidth manager at UUnet - the new line is comming in
soon afaik

Can you justify the ip addresses you have? If so, whats the damn worry?
if not - give them back and pay for them when you need them.

My CC failed last month, i explained the reason and they were more than
curtious about giving me time to pay.
shouldn't be an issue if you respond in a polite and curtious manner.

Yup and your $150 a month for a co-loc with 51Gb of bandwidth is exactly
what you got? what did you expect per chance?
As you can guess i am more than happy with cobalt racks.... maybe i am the
only one :)
