It will be extremely rare to find a "range" of IP's housing hackers. A
serious hack will most likely come to you from a hacked box or spoofed IP.
If it's a legit IP, most likely it's a dialup on an account bought with a
stolen credit card.
However, I suggest you move this discussion to an appropriate forum where
you'll probably find it's either being done, been done, or tried.
