If the servers are your property, and you are paying for the
connection, you don't have to give them anything. Customer privacy is
protected by law. If I were you, I'd be on the phone with them
demanding the server to be given back, or else he'd be getting a call
from your lawyer/legal department.
My opinion. I deal with high security stuff, and know exactly what
that kind of confidentiality means. What your ISP and Server are
asking for is more or less illegal.
