Well, as soon as the ISPs over there get their collective acts together
and realise that, to be a RESPONSIBLE provider you need to respond to
the criminal acts of their users, maybe they'll be UNblocked.

I, for one, applaud Joann and the rest of the people who block out these
people, having exercised what any reasonably intelligent person would
consider "due dilligence" in trying to get their assistance and having
been gladhanded repeatedly.
