Most of the european countries as well; as this is where most of my
problems come from. And japan, and taiwan, and china......Call me
paranoid. I started doing it this way when I discovered that 
route add -host reject was deleted anytime I rebooted me machine :( If
one of my users has a problem with one of their users then they are
instructed to let me know; then I take steps from there. I have n't
really stepped into the business side of hosting so noone's really been
affected.
