[cobalt-users] [OT] CI Host as Outsource

Sorry to go off topic, but I wanted input on CI Host from the group. I have a
customer who's burning around 2 gigs in bandwidth each day, sitting on a RaQ3
with 512/RAM. The site only requires a basic (1-2) email/ftp/pop accounts, but
just lots of bandwidth (around 30-50 gigs month). The problem is the little
RaQ3 sometimes struggles under the load of this one site and there's only 10
or so on the machine to begin with, not to mention the bandwidth usage. When
we fire-up the firewall, little blue all but pops a gasket under the load. So
the domain has to go, but I was thinking of outsourcing the site to possibly
CI Host. They look like they have some good deals,

--BUT-- I'm wondering if they may be too good to be true. I'm aware of their
big DNS fu*k-up last year where the entire networks were off line for 2-4 days
(or more). But besides that situation, any input about this company or fine
print/experiences? I'm just betting that once I get this site moved over and
it's burning it's daily 1.5-2 gigs in bandwidth; they're going to come-up with
some BS and ask that it be moved (or something else).

I found it strange that the option to "customize" your package quoted almost
$1,000 a month for just a bare-bones setup (much less than what's offered in
any of their packages even with unlimited bandwidth). Has anyone had any
experiences with this company?

Thanks!
David
