Elmer,
This isn't info that CobaltRacks or Cable & Wireless is going to
broadcast across the internet, so I don't think it would violate your
NDA. Although it *might*.
Still, all CR or C&W has to do is go to the IP in question and they'll
see who's site is there.
If you ever run into a situation like this, here's what I would do
(and I'm by no means a lawyer):
In the list of IPs, put something like:
12.123.12.23 non-disclosed domain, using SSL
If you've got a good rappor with your NOC, you should be able to
explain the situation to them re:non-disclosure and how you're not
permitted to hand out that information. You could also suggest that
should the NOC absolutely *need* this information for its records to
transmit to ARIN, that they do in fact own the IP and therefore are
full capable of calling up that IP in their browser and finding out
*for themselves* what domain name it is.
That way, you haven't given out any information nor broken your
contract, but the NOC has the information it needs to prove to ARIN
that the IPs are being used within the full regulation of ARINs
policy.
Sound good?
