These are *hopefully* not dumb questions..
Ok.. just got this from logcheck..
Security Violations

There was a reboot in progress at the time of the message... and this one
is also in the bootup report..
I also usually will get this in logcheck when there is a reboot..

And I also got this on this boot..

Normal stuff? Some perhaps due to having been logged in just prior (logged
out and then reset via GUI)
