I used to have this problem on our Raq3i.  Never was able to fix, so I
installed ssh and now it works great.

Moral of the story:
SSH goooooood!  Telnet Baaaaadd!

Hi list,

I've got a bit on an odd problem with a new RaQ4:

I've set it up on the DMZ of my LAN, alongside another 4 Cobalts, but
whenever I try to connect to it (whether by telnet or FTP) I get a
horrendous delay - several minutes - before managing to log in.  Has
anyone
got any idea what causes this, and what I can do to stop it?
