They are probably betting that few users use more than a small amount of
bandwidth. They also offer 300MB space with a regular dialup account - they
are probably banking on the fact that most of their dialup users aren't
interested in web space.

I have read the terms of service carefully. I *do* fully understand how it
works. If I do (ha ha!) find myself using 150GB of transfer and they whine,
I will point to their terms of service. With a lawyer. But it's unlikely
that a CobaltRaQ2 with an 8GB disk can even *generate* that much traffic
(short of a DOS attack).
