I like phpreactor (www.phpreactor.org).  It's not perfect, but it's heavily
documented, modularized, and stable.  There are bugs (naturally), but are
most obvious and easy to clean.  (html slips and the like.)  If you're not
already pretty familiar with php and mysql, you may prefer one of the more
'plug and play' options out there (check hotscripts.com).
