[cobalt-users] automated site builder software

Does anyone have any experience with "site builder" type software on a RaQ4?

Also, separately, I'm looking for something that will help in the design of
data driven sites.  For this I've found php sitebuilder at source forge but
it appears that it is in beta and has not been updated for over a year.
