	I am not in any way, shape or form implying that
cobaltracks.net is doing this - not by any stretch of the
imagination (I'm not even sure this stuff will run on Cobalt's). But
I do know that a whole lot of people who think they have a
"dedicated" servers are actually paying for a bit of space on a
shared server. On the better setups one user can creater their
'server' totally (kill it dead) and the other servers on the machine
will not even notice. This is a lot like connections. People tend to
focus on, for example, OC3 and not on the fine print stating they
can only use 1mb of it per month - and only then if they reserve
that 1mb 3 months in advance :-)
