I'm a rackshack.net customer, and no, you don't share the accounts (they
wouldn't be dedicated if you did ;-)) The prices are real. In fact, since
I'm just an individual user wanting my own server, I went for their RaQ2
which is only $70 a month with 150GB (IIRC, certainly more bandwitdth than I
can use!). So far it's been working out well and lives up to it's promise,
but their technical support isn't the hottest. See my review which I posted
yesterday for more info.
Rackshack.net is owned by ev1.net which is a Houston-based isp. ev1.net have
a reputation of delivering the best value for money in Houston - their
dialup is half the price of everyone else's and they give you 300MB personal
webspace with a dialup account.
