	This can indeed be done. I didn't save any of the
promotional material, but there are a couple of services which are
used by many high end hosting companies that provide multiple
virtual servers, each with root access, on a single server. This is
currently the primary means by which many of the low cost "dedicated
servers" are provided. Additionally there has long been an open
source project available which makes it possible for just about
anyone to partition a single server into numerous virtual servers -
each with "root" access to their respective configuration files.

	I don't know if this is what rackshack.net is using, but it
is indeed possible to do it and a whole lot of providers are doing
it. There was an article in Web Hosting magazine just a few months
back which covered the methods and the various options for doing
this in great depth.
