Hmm.. I thought it only had 1. :( Oh well...
As far as the size of the Dell box, it's a 1u rack, 1.70" high x 
16.7"w, and 22"d.

I forgot how big the RaQ units are. :)

Hmm.. Dell box apparantly has 2 ethernet ports as well..
