Re: [cobalt-users] Cobalt DNS Problems

Doesn't sound good! Go to the address below and grab the SSH server .pkg
file from Cobalt (assuming you can still access via the GUI)

http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/i386/RaQ3-RaQ4-OpenSSH-Server-2.1.1p2.pkg install
this via the GUI..

Grab the windows client for your local machine from here
http://www.ee.duke.edu/security2/win_free_ttssh.html (assuming you are
using windoze)

At least you'll be able to get in and look around and maybe follow some of
the check procedures that are posted in the archives and *maybe* gain
control enough to at least do an orderly shutdown and rebuild.. or, if you
are really lucky get it back..

When I lost access to my box via the BIND exploit.... I wish I'd have known
about the SSH "trick" ...

Good Luck!!
