I have a Raq3i

Looking at instructions for a few packages, I need MySQL and PHP.

For MySQL,
 - I found  http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/i386/RaQ3-RaQ4-MySQL-3.23.36-1.pkg  and was
wondering if this is the latest MySQL PKG file for the Cobalt Raq3.

For PHP,
I went to http://www.php.net/ and it show that the latest is PHP 4.0.4.   What is
the latest PKG if any OR what should I install for this server?

And on a further note:  The instructions on PHP says to make sure the following
lines exist in your httpd.conf file and uncommented.
  AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php3 .phtml .inc
  AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps

OK,   The httpd.conf file also has an intro section and sections for each domain
name, but where exactly should these lines be written?
