Wildcards are not accepted.
But IPChains just complains and won't accept the entry so I have to use the
full IP address. What would be the proper syntax to block everything under
202.93.xxx.xxx with IPChains (if possible)?
202.93.0.0/16 (CIDR block)
202.93.0.0/255.255.0.0 (netmask)
