Hi,
I do this almost daily here, Michael. It's standard
proceedure at virtually server farm. It is more than likely
different from what you are used to doing and I can relate to that
as it certainly was not easy for me to learn this stuff either. No,
I'm not looking for a fight, I'm just worried that people who may be
able to save themselves time and trouble by accessing their server
in this manner won't try because you and I had trouble learning how
to do it.
My experience in these matters is pretty darn easy to
explain. I do a whole lot of stuff here all the time. Every now and
then something goes amiss and I find myself having to quickly learn
to do something that I've never done before. About then sweat is
pouring off my brow, clients are screaming, the phone is ringing and
I have somewhere I was supposed to be ten minutes ago...
It's hard to perform when you are in deep dodo... or at
least that's how it is with me. But things usually go a bit smoother
the next time.
