If the machine isn't coming up at all on the web now, or via Telnet, someone
is going to have to physically reboot it. (Should be covered in the manual.)
IIRC, I got that message once from my RaQ2 and simply unchecked, saved, and
then rechecked the Email server in the control panel to restart Sendmail.
Or, as the message says:

Support.
