Sounds like the same symptoms when we were hacked, I would suggest
that you look for hacker droppings :-)
In our case, they got in using the bind exploit everyone loves so
much. Specifically, they took out our DNS.
If you can still access sites using the IP#'s, I would fairly
convinced you have been hacked. In our case, the
company we lease our RaQ3 from, provided tech support, and they knew
just what to fix, so unfortunately
I can't provide more help that this.
